Busy Thursday

We have started a small group through church so our Thursdays have become pretty busy...especially this past one. We began our day getting dressed and heading to Nana & Papa's to care for their dogs while they are gone. Avery has finally figured out after two weeks that "maybe they are on vacation. Like at Florida or something." I couldn't muster the courage to come out and tell her they left her for a short time so I let her figure it out on her own. It went ALOT smoother that way. Anyway, from Nana's, we went to Bella's birthday party at our weekly playgroup. "The moms" were discussing how amazing it is that our little group to help our toddlers (who are now all turning 5) develop socially has become some of the most important relationships in our ("the moms") lives. True friendship is a marvelous thing!! Straight from PG, we shopped several stores for a new media stand, hit Home Depot, had a quick dinner at home and went to "small group" at Aunt Nicole's and Uncle Chris'. Mrs. Boor played with the kids so the adults could relax and enjoy group. That is one woman who knows the meaning of serving others!! All in all, it was my kind of day-jam packed with fun things to do.
