Eric and I took Avery and Reagan for a surprise afternoon getaway the other day. Wewentfor a paddle boat ride at Stony Creek. I get a little nervous and a little sea sick when we take them butthe kids really enjoy it. We had a group of ducks following us around the lake for our tasty, year-old animal crackers and we all took time to dip our toes in the current. It was fun...especailly the follow-up trip to DQ.

Sea sick really? Were there a lot of waves? We did spend a week on a house boat and I don't remember anyone getting sick from waves;)
I didn't have the sensitivity then. It came after giving birth. Good thing we did the house boat before kids : )
