We just got back from two days at Michigan's Adventure. It was such a nice time. Avery and Reagan were such troopers for a four and a hald hour drive (after stops and construction). We all really enjoyed the log ride (complete with giant drop) and the water park kiddie area. The kids were far more brave than I was. They went on a giagantic rocking pirate ship that I sat out and the enormous ferris wheel, where Reagan had to hold my hand the entire ride. We have found that Reagan is our dare devil, raising her hands in the air for the kiddie roller coaster (that was actually just a thrill ride shrunk to their size)and chanting, "Let's do that again." after the drop and subsequent splash of the log ride. We were also reintroduced to Avery's ability to go go go all day and not tire out at night. That should serve her well if she ever becomes a mom. It was a nice vacation and we made lots of great memories.
