Easter Festivities

We have had a fun-filled week preceeding Easter. We attended an Easter egg hunt at our church, complete with treats, dancing and barnyard animals. It was a little cold and chilly but fun. We dyed Easter eggs and bought Easter dresses. Averyand Reagan both had Easter egg hunts at school and we attended "Grateful" Friday and Easter services. Both were really moving. On Easter Avery and Reagan searched out baskets and candy-filled egg. There was also an Easter potato left by the Easter puppy. Daisy found it in the pantry while I was getting preparations for breakfast and it worked as a good tactic to throw Reagan off the egg hunt. Good job, Daisy! We had dinner and more Easter goodies at my Aunt Pam's. It was a great Easter. A little cold for my taste, but nice all the same.
